One license for Light, Pro,TV or HD version gives you the right to use the component DVPlayer (MPEG-2 player) ONLY on one computer! If you wish to use the DVPlayer on two or more computers, you must purchase another license! If you have purchased the TV or HD version, you can install and use the PlayList on two more computers. DVPTitle consists of DVPTitleDesign and DVPTitlePlayer. One license gives you the right to use DVPTitlePlayer on the PC with the installed Video Player and DVPTitleDesign on the same computer or on another PC. If you wish to use DVPTitlePlayer or DVPTitleDesign on more than one computer, you have to purchase another license! If you would like some changes to be made to the DVPlay software, you can contact the support team.
The payment can be made via bank transfer or PayPal. The customer has to pay all expenses for the bank or the PayPal transfer.
The DEMO version has the following limitations (by modules):
The DEMO version is only for test purposes! If you want to use the DVPlay software for commercial purposes, you must purchase a license! Because of the existence of many illegal copies of the DVPlay software the registration of its 6-th version is hardware bound.
Software installation requirements:
Note: The DVPlay software will NOT work under other versions of Windows XP like Windows Home Center or Windows Media Center! You must use ONLY Windows XP Professional version! If you are not able to run the DVPlay software after the installation, please read the requirements for successful installation. To discover what additional steps you must follow after the installation of the DVPlay software on a localized version of Windows (translated from English into your native language) please click here! DVPlayer, DVPTitle and DVPlay NewsEditor are installed with the help of one installation program that you can download from our Download section, which you can find at the bottom of this page. DVPlay uses the standard Windows Installer program. At the end of the installation the FFDShow and Elcard codecs are started. FFDShow is a free codec. You must turn off ALL the other options on ALL the screens except Uncompressed as shown below. If you do not abide by this warning you may not be able to run the DVPlay software!
Note: If you want to test the DVPlay software by carrying out real broadcasts, the best solution will be to install it on a freshly installed copy of Windows XP without any other video or sound codecs previously installed! If you experience problems when you play files, you must install a clean and fresh copy of Windows XP, because it is often impossible to remove previously installed codecs!
If you want to test the DVPlay software and you are not sure which option to choose, it is best to use the default one. In this way you will install DVPlay TV software plus DVPTitles. After you install the DVPlay software you must restart it in order for some basic settings to be accepted like regional settings and PAL or NTSC settings. Note: If you use Blackmagic Decklink SP video card, please download its driver from this website, because if you install another driver you may not be able to start playing your files! Note: DVPlay software can play only files in proper format: 720 x 576 pixels for PAL and 720 x 480 pixels for NTSC! If you receive an error message when trying to play your files, we recommend you to download the sample files from our website and try again!
You can use the free program MPEG-2 Properties to check your MPEG-2 files. Read more here! If you do not have the required hardware but you want to test the DVPlay software, you may send us an e-mail and we will grant you a remote internet access to our Test Video Server. You can read more about the software version history here. Download resources:
Demo movies were rebuilt in 2010 and now they cover about 80 % of the standard work with the DVPlay software. We strongly recommend reviewing all the movies before downloading and testing the DVPlay software demo version. The demo movies are for the ver.5, however they are the best way to review our products. The new videos for the v.6 will be ready soon.
Note: If your internet speed is good we recommend watching the Flash version, otherwise it will be better first to download the mp4 file and then watch it on your computer! You may need to install the appropriate mp4 video codec! We will welcome your feedback, suggestions and questions about the purchasing process and the DVPlay software potentials, which you can send in English to office@dv-play.com or dvplay@gmail.com. You can also try to connect us via Skype - search for dvplayltd. |
